Prices are all-inclusive (include vehicle & English speaking driver, insurance, fuel cost for unlimited mileage, ERP charges, tolls, parking, and 7% GST - Goods & Services Tax).
Free waiting time for flights is 60 minutes after the aircraft lands, for hotel pick-up is 15 minutes. Extra transfer charge will be applied for additional waiting time. If additional waiting time exceeds 1 hour, the transfer will be charged as a 3hr as-directed hourly hire service.
Transfer service to Sentosa Island does not include Island admission charges.
A surcharge may apply for late-night service between 23:00 and 07:00.
A surcharge of US$20 per stopover will apply for any required intermediate stops during the transfer. Stopovers do not include free waiting time and stops beyond 5km will be charged as additional transfer.
Baby car seat or child seat available upon request.
*Children 7 and below are required to be properly secured with an appropriate child restraint

Meet and Assist service description:
- Arrival:
- Guest is greeted at aerobridge with nameboard.
- Then guest is escorted through immigration using fastest available line.
- Afterwards he or she is taken to our driver.
- Departure:
- Guest is greeted at kerbside with nameboard.
- Then guest is escorted to check-in and through security using fastest available line.
- Afterwards he or she is taken to his or her lounge or gate.
VIP service description:
- Arrival:
- Guest is greeted at aerobridge with nameboard
- Then he or she is taken on electric buggy to private immigration area and cleared quickly.
- Afterwards guest has access to lounge / shower / food / drink / nap room while staff retrieves luggage.
- Finally guest is escorted to our driver.
- Departure:
- Guest is greeted at the main entrance of separate terminal for Meet & Assist guests and assisted with check-in luggage.
- Then he or she is escorted to lounge area for relaxing while check-in is done on his or her behalf by staff.
- Aftewards guest is taken through private immigration area and finally escorted to his or her gate by electronic buggy.
